FCBD 2025 Star Wars #1

A new jumping on point for Star Wars fans new and old! A fun little sampler setting up the next wave of Star Wars comics at Marvel. In the first story, we see Luke Skywalker trying to track down a group of pirates that continue to terrorize the New Republic, even after the fall of the Empire. The second story tells the tale of Darth Vader’s loyal servant, Vaneé, as he comes to terms with his master’s death. After many years, however, another dark lord seeks out castle Vader, and Vaneé may have found a new master to serve. Finally, we get a glimpse into the life of the famed jedi Qui-Gon Jinn as he tries to find the assassins that, according to a vison from padawan Obi-Wan Kenobi, is fated to kill him. All of these stories give a good teaser of the stories to come in the new era of Marvel Star Wars comics, and I’m very interested to see what new stories will unfold in a galaxy far, far away.
