Hey Kids! This issue of Ice Cream Man is nothing but 1 page stories! If every issue of Ice Cream Man is basically the equivalent of being hit by a Mike Tyson roundhouse, this special would be like getting rabbit-punched in the face by Muhammed Ali. 24 times. Highly recommended for those wanting to test themselves, anybody who thinks that they know what "Colonel Kurtz" horror really is, and anybody who wants to see Grant Morrison bring that WE3 energy.
