The Atom and the Atom want to help the (Captain) Atom. He lost his powers, so they're gonna zap him up real nice until he gets them back (according to a flashback placed conveniently in the story).

Long story short, one of those three is now on the run, under surveillance, and if things go poorly, will be under the thumb of two friends.

Mike Perkins artwork grounds a story that features a space station. For the record, it seems a little rushed or unfinished if he's not doing a style modification.

If you loved Absolute Power, this is probably a must read.
