This was my favorite book I read (so far) this week in what is a CRAZYILY good week for comics. This book starts in Secret Wars #6, expands on those few pages, and finishes where Secret Wars #6 ends. The Shield is under assault. Is it giving too much away to say that it realizes its been under assault since its inception? Thanos fights his battle with words, taking on Ben Grimm with heartbreak, deception, betrayal, and startlingly enough, options. We end where we began. Kang is dead. The Shield has fallen. Take heed, read Abigail Brand's Journal, and prepare yourself for what comes next.
